Adeyinka, who lives at No.26 Oresanya Street, Iyana-Iyesi, is facing a charge of assault.

The Prosecutor, Emmanuel Adaraloye, told the court that the defendant committed the offence on April 3 at about 1.00 p.m. at Iloye, Ota.

Adaraloye said that the defendant assaulted the complainant, Abiola James, by beating him up and causing bruises on his neck.
