A  43-year-old commercial driver, Jakson John, who allegedly defrauded his business partner, on Friday appeared in a Wuse Zone 6 Magistrate Court.

The police charged John, who resides in Jabi, Abuja, with criminal breach of trust and cheating.

The prosecutor alleged that in February the complainant, entered an agreement with the defendant and gave him a vehicle worth N2million on hire purchase, stressing that the defendant agreed to remit N20, 000 weekly to the complainant until he pays off the entire N2miliion.
